About WNW

Waste No Weekend Founder

Ann is a Filipina Media and Sports Marketing Specialist who has worked across Asia Pacific for global brands such as Chelsea Football Club, Quiksilver and WPP's GroupM. She is now based in Singapore and is the Head of Partnerships for Asia Pacific at MultiChannelsAsia, a media company, which carries VICELAND & Bloomberg among others channels.

Growing up in modest circumstances, Ann’s determination to attain financial freedom has led her to build her own property portfolios including her own private beach in an island. This enabled her to travel extensively to more than 80 cities and almost 30 countries by the age of 30.

An avid believer of growth through experience, she started #WasteNoWeekend, a movement that encourages individuals to devote 25% of their week to life enriching experiences. Ann continuously lives this movement through her passion for art and adrenaline, from painting & sewing to breakdancing, skydiving, surfing, skateboarding, and skin-diving with turtles, whales and sharks!

Father. Traveler. Explorer. Ultramarathoner. Business Leader. Speaker & Writer.

Josh started work at the age of 10, helping his father at the family take-away food shop in Sydney during school holidays and weekends. For the last 20 years he has worked for some of the world’s largest organisations including Qantas, PepsiCo and WPP. During his late twenties and early thirties, he became consumed by corporate life, lost his way and became an uninspired, unmotivated and apathetic individual. His trigger came when he entered a marathon which eventually saw him run an ultramarathon 12 months later.
The secret to his success since that time has been to ‘think like a businessman and behave like an athlete’. His current role as the CEO for GroupM Content Asia sees him managing over 350 people across 16 markets in Asia. He is also the founder of 247X Fitness and has invested in a range of other lifestyle and fitness businesses and brands. Josh has lived and worked in Sydney, London, Bangkok, Singapore, Manila and Hong Kong and has used his personal connections with a group of inspiring athletes, and connections from within the industry, to tell the lives of 10 incredible athletes from 10 sports across the world.
